About the Program
By participating in the Program, you can earn points (“Crowns”) every time you visit a participating Burger King® restaurant in Malta and complete an Eligible Transaction (defined below). Crowns may be redeemed at participating Burger King® restaurants in Malta for select eligible items, subject to compliance with these Program Terms (“Rewards”). From time to time, other bonus features and offers may also be made available to you, allowing you to receive other Burger King® or third-party benefits, earn and redeem Crowns in additional ways, or otherwise participate in the Program, all as determined by Burger King Malta in its sole and absolute discretion. The Bonus Features and Program Benefits may not be available in all the Territory.
What is My Burger King and how can guests join?
My Burger King is Burger King’s official loyalty programme, where members earn Crowns and redeem them for Flame Grilled rewards.
Joining is quick and easy, simply visit burgerking.com.mt and click "Sign Up" or download the BK App to register.
Where Can I download the BK App?
The BK App is available on Both IOS & Android, and it can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play Store.
What are the benefits of joining My Burger King?
As a member of the My Burger King loyalty program, you’ll enjoy exclusive offers and rewards. Members earn crowns for every €1.00 spent on eligible purchases at participating Burger King restaurants, which can then be redeemed for selected Burger King menu items.
How does it work?
Crowns are earned only on completed and paid transactions and can be redeemed via the BK App or website only.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if there is a problem with my “My Burger King” account?

How long are my Crowns valid for?
Crowns are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Subject to Availability
All rewards and menu items are subject to availability and may vary by location, time, or operational constraints.
How many Rewards can I use at a time?
One reward can be purchased with every transaction. Multiple Rewards cannot be used within the same transaction.
What if my order is cancelled or refunded?
If a transaction is refunded or cancelled, any points earned will be deducted from the account.
Can I create multiple accounts?
Each customer may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be removed or merged.
Right to Amend or Withdraw
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the programme, rewards, or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
Account Misuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the programme.
Technical / System Limitations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or website, and delays in points allocation may occur.
